In fact, wrapping a pallet hardly requires any force. For comparison: with a standard stretch film it takes thirty kilos of tensile force to achieve 10% stretch. With the Fiber Film and Fiber Wrapper, seven kilos of tensile force already provides 30% stretch. Converted, the Fiber Film and Fiber Wrapper are more than ten times lighter to use. This places much less strain on muscles in the wrist, arm and shoulder and prevents injuries and absenteeism due to illness. The Fiber Film wrapping film is not only thinner. The film also increases pallet stability to the level of the Eumos 40509 guidelines. This is due to the reinforced horizontal fibers (wires).
