The products will be divided in a formation creating the correct packing pattern to fill the product carrier properly. Then the formation (a complete layer) will move further to the retract conveyor where side compacting takes place before pick up. The retract conveyor withdraws and the layer of products are placed vertical into the product carrier with a vertical movement.
