Our new innovative block bottom / open mouth bag is featured with an easy-open strip in the bottom of the bag. After filling the bag, as you would normally do, it is very easy for your end customer to empty the bag using a simple hand movement. The great benefit of this feature is that there is no need for a knife anymore to open the bags resulting in a safer environment for operators and less contamination risk of plastic particles in your production process.

Important data such as shelf life and traceability data are applied to the egg by, for example, a Hitachi egg printer (CIJ) or laser. Since the beginning of 2001, this information has become mandatory in the egg industry. This is also referred to as the egg code. A Hitachi Continuous Inkjet Printer (also known as a small character inkjet printer) allows you to print a code, text or logo contactlessly on products and packaging of virtually any material type and colour. The inkjet printers have a user-friendly interface and are easy to maintain yourself. Some advantages of a Hitachi continuous inkjet printer are: - Non-contact printing - Barcodes, 2D-codes, text and logos - High contrast (also on dark material) - Coding on almost every surface - Low cost per code - Very high speeds achievable - Unique fluid system, without mess or waste Coding eggs with a laser: With a laser, you can apply logos, barcodes, serial numbers and other variable data to both stationary and moving materials. It is already widely used in the egg industry. Laser coding offers various advantages compared to other printing methods. The Clever-CPL laser machine enables you to apply razor-sharp, indelible codes. In addition, you can also laser mark at very high throughput speeds. Finally, a laser engraving machine has very few consumables, which saves you a lot of money. With a laser machine from Clever-CPL, you can both laser mark at low speed and at high speed. Coding egg cartons: The code on the carton is often the first impression a consumer gets after opening the egg carton to look for cracked eggs. If the code is unreadable, consumers often put the carton back on the shelf and all the hard work of producing beautiful eggs and creating an attractive package is lost. The code on the carton also indicates the origin and expiry date. A clearly legible code on the egg carton is therefore essential.
