      TE-Modular Tray Erector

The design of the machine incorporates the latest developments in forming a tray / lid. It is an extremely user-friendly machine, which is simple to adjust. From a horizontal magazine a blank is taken with vacuum and put in position. A mechanic pusher brings the blank to the forming mould. During the transfer a very accurate timing of the glue injection is achieved on the long flaps. After reaching the forming station, the blank will be stamped through the adjustable forming unit; the sides of the tray will be simultaneous pressed on 4 sides.

      The Bandall Multi-Width – just click-and-go

We are delighted to announce the introduction of this new optional function for use on our Bandall banding equipment. Increasing the flexibility already afforded by Bandall banding technology, you can now convert your machine to process multiple band widths in just a few moments. Simply click the Multi-Width option into place, replace the roll of banding material and you’re ready to go. The Multi-Width option is a set of replacement and supplementary parts that are simply clicked into place and can be ordered along with the banding unit, or later. It is available in combination with our new Bandall Stand Alone model, and initially for the most popular arch sizes. And, if required, in combination with other options such as Print & Band. Print & Band adds yet another dimension in flexibility, improving sustainability in your packaging process even further. A Multi-Width set is required for each new band width. A banding unit for 100 mm can be converted to process 75 mm and/or 50 mm wide banding on one machine. Or a unit for 75mm can convert to 60 mm, 50 mm and/or 30 mm. Here at Bandall we continue to innovate and develop advances in the world of banding to equip you, our customers, to respond to market demands even better than before. We are focussed on what helps make your packaging process easier, better and more efficient. Increasing functionality with the Multi-Width option lowers investment even further by increasing the number of applications available to you with a single banding unit.

The Duplexweigher has been developed for the weighing of solid and liquid products. Starting from a standard model any custom-made solution can be engineered with weighing capacities from 5 to 3000 ton/hour

Some main features are: • Duplexweighers with tanks and butterfly valves to weigh liquid products like sugar juice, molasses, chemicals, oils etc. • Duplexweighers with segment valves or even special valves to weigh solids like e.g. livestock feed, grains, granulate, raw sugar, refined sugar, starch, flour, fish, potatoes, salt, soda, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, fertilizers etc. • Weighers with a fully electronic weighing system with 3 (three) loadcells in which the weigh hopper/tank is placed or with the unique Servo Balans Hybrid Weighing System consisting of levers and sheet steel bands and with only 1 (one) highly accurate stainless steel loadcell. This unique Servo Balans Hybrid Weighing System is already applied for over 70 years, offers unsurpassed accuracy and has proven to be the most insensitive system against any surrounding disturbances (e.g. vibrations and the like). • Equipped with single or dual supply- and discharge valves in supply- and weigh hoppers. • The weighers are completely wired and include valves, solenoids, cylinders and air service unit. • The accuracy of our Duplexweighers is 2 pro mille (‰) or better on the average of 10 consecutive weighings. • System can be delivered in lacquer coated mild steel or stainless steel (class 304 or 316) • ATEX certified systems for hazardous areas • Our weighing installations are W&M approvable • Our Duplexweighers have internal control and calibration weights. Optionally a test weighing device is available to automatically control and calibrate the installation.

The new E3-5 pallet as Zero Virgin

Sustainable all-rounder from Craemer’s heavy-duty range The newly developed E3-5 pallet from Craemer is a robust all-rounder among heavy-duty pallets. For the love of nature and the environment, the German plastics pioneer now offers this load carrier made of durable, high-quality polyethylene (PE) as a Zero Virgin version. This particularly sustainable version is made of 100 per cent recycled plastic. The entire E3-5 series features a robust construction that ensures durability even with frequent use, very high load-bearing capacity and excellent bending stiffness. The new E3-5 is a 4-way all-purpose pallet in industrial dimensions (1200 x 1000 x 160 mm). With its five runners (E3 has three runners), injection-moulded in one piece from PE, it is puritanically functional and fully recyclable. Without any optional features that are unnecessary in certain applications, such as Palgrip anti-slip strips or (anti-slip) runners, the E3-5 models, including Zero Virgin, have a high wall thickness, six metal profiles and an extremely rugged design. They are very stable, shock-resistant, reliable and can carry 1400 kilograms in high racking. The heavily ribbed design of the runners also ensures extremely high robustness and a long service life. In areas where (internal) logistics can do without extensive anti-slip elements, the E3-5 pallet is the perfect alternative with an ideal price-performance ratio. For companies that value sustainability and recycling, the Zero Virgin version is essential due to its infinite life cycle. Its material is reclaimed from discarded plastic products in the company’s own extruder machinery and refined. As a result, the recycled material remains extremely high-quality and, like the recyclable E3-5 Zero Virgin, is an integral part of the production cycle.
