he Intelligent Inspection SensorApp from SICK ensures easy object classification that is not possible with traditional rule-based machine vision. The SensorApp is powered by deep learning technology and available as a licensed option when ordering InspectorP6xx 2D vision sensors from SICK. The example-based approach and easy-to-use user interface makes it quick to learn and paves the way for simplified solution development. The user can easily collect training data to be used in the neural network training, and deploy the trained network directly on the sensor without the need for any extra equipment. In addition, traditional rule-based machine vision software tools are included.

Interiors made to measure
A third of our packaging is made by specific designed, manufactured and assembled custom work. We have the production facilities, materials and resources available to achieve customized work, even by piece, as well as for large series of products. Often it is an adaptation or addition to a standard product from our assortment, but also completely new products are being developed. From an active collaboration with the customer, our sales department formulates a defined question with requirements that the product must meet. After that, the product development department is working on the design. Thinking and delivering practical, sustainable and cost-effective products are our starting point. We have more than 30 years of material knowledge and experience in delivering customer-specific products.

Intersnack
DEFINE An important packaging objective for Albert Heijn is to reduce their packaging material: they have a target of using at least 20 million kilograms less packaging material by 2025 when compared to 2018. Intersnack, Albert Heijn’s nut producer, tasked Now New Next to develop a more sustainable packaging for their ‘fresh nuts’ section, without compromising the look, feel and functionality of the packaging. INVpack stickpackmachines
We supply a comprehensive range of vertical stickpack machines for producing stickpacks and sachets, from the manufacturer INVpack. Stickpack machines are utilized across various industries, primarily for single-dose applications. They are used for packaging products such as sugar sticks, creamers, spices, peanut sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, and pharmaceutical products like creams, toothpaste, and sun care items. INVpack specializes in stickpacks for granulates, liquids, powders, creams, and solid products. One of the standout advantages is film saving. Depending on the size, up to 20% to 40% less film is required compared to 4-side sealed sachets. The application is more efficient, as users can empty 100% of the product, eliminating waste and reducing environmental impact. The compact design of the machines also makes them space-efficient compared to other equipment, which positively impacts environmental conditions. INVpack develops state-of-the-art stickpack machines equipped with the latest operating technologies. The company has extensive experience meeting the ever-increasing demands of the market for both liquids, powders, and solids. There are various machine models available for low, medium, and high capacities, up to 15 lanes. Additionally, INVpack offers a specialized machine series for pharmaceutical products. The PH machine series meets GMP requirements and is equipped with an overpressure cabin, filters, and laminar flow, including UV lamps for foil treatment. For their very first line of lubricants and toy cleaners, they commissioned Now New Next to develop the packaging design. The goal: a visual translation of InWonderstate's energetic and inclusive brand identity: open, colorful, and taboo-free. RESULT The result is a playful and expressive line that immediately captures attention. Bright, contrasting colors and soft, organic shapes reinforce the brand's positive and sensual character. The matte finish and tactile details create a premium look, while the design remains accessible and modern. The three products—Natural Lube, Massage Lube, and Toy Cleaner—form a recognizable family, each with its own accent color. The line has already won silver at the VM Packaging Awards 2025 in the Beauty & Personal Care category, recognizing the innovative way in which design, taboo-breaking, and brand experience converge. IT700 cap inspection system
The IT700 system is designed to ensure the cap inspection with very high precision. The system allows the detection of minimal defects such as the absence or damage of a single jumper junction between safety ring and cap. This IT700 is also able to perform the cap inspection on caps and lids which remain attached to the containers. This 360° cap inspection system is configurable with four cameras. Each camera has specific lighting in order to ensure the ideal condition to perform the defect detection. Also, the machine is provided with an independent structure for eliminating noise and vibration in order to ensuring maximum accuracy and minimum maintenance. This unique IT700 system guarantees maximum accuracy and minimum maintenance. This IT700 machine can be easily integrated into your existing line without modifications. In addition, the system is specifically designed to be integrated with additional inspections such as level control, label presence, brand inspection and code check/inspection, among others.

ITW Lineair weighing machines
ITW linear weighers can weigh and count a variety of products, from chicken strips to fresh vegetables. Using vibrating stations and/or belts, these mobile weighers transport their products. With integrated checkweighers, these weighers can detect over- and underweights.

IX-PD: Next Generation X-ray Inspection
Key benefits: The new IX-PD (Photon Counting Dual Energy) X-ray series benefits from a superior sensor to offer the highest levels of detection.
