Form inliner is a pre-formed liner that fits like a second skin into a drum or pail. Its robust design makes it suitable for mixing filling contents or emptying with press plate. In production we heat thick plates to form them over a mold, this technique is called thermoforming. Product is made out of one piece and therefore without welding seals. We have several molds available; - Cylindrical steel drums of 216 liters - Vase shaped plastic drums 60 or 120 liters - Stackable pails from 15 to 50 liters By default, our Form inliners are made of transparant LDPE, but we can also make it with anti-static or in a blue food grade color.
