AVC Super Magnet Impulse Sealers are highly reliable and versatile sealing machines. The magnet-based operation means that you only need to close the seal arm; after the seal is made, the arm is automatically raised again. As a result, this machine guarantees constant and reliable sealing. This high-quality sealer that is suitable for industrial use allows you to find a solution for all your packaging issues, in combination with the various accessories. Hand-operated or foot pedal-operated, a 4mm or 8mm wide seal, with or without work table, the SMS does exactly what you would expect: it seals your packages quickly and effectively. To reduce waste, it is good to focus on recyclable materials such as paper, PE and PP. These are more easily separated during recycling and can thus be reused as raw materials for other products. Bastin-Pack also produces compostable packaging. Both industrial and home OK compost packaging must comply with the EN13432 standard. Tape machines Taping is the application of an adhesive tape on, for example, a box or other surface. Packaging tape can be applied manually, with a table dispenser or with a tape machine. A hand-dispenser is often used for manually applying tape. This is simple, mobile and inexpensive. It is easier, however, to work with a table dispenser. The cutting length of the adhesive tape can be set in advance, so that the correct length is always dispensed and automatically cut. This results in a saving of tape and time. With an automatic tape machine it is possible to close thousands of packages per day.

Hygiene is the highest priority in meat production and processing – a requirement that is perfectly ensured by the completely closed plastic pallets of Craemer's TC series. For absolutely reliable load securing, all models within the TC range are now optionally available with a full-surface Palgrip® anti-slip deck. Equipped with Palgrip®, the TC pallet is up to meet all the challenges in the meat industry. The completely closed, fully anti-slip coated top deck and the smooth lower deck of the TC Palgrip® boast excellent cleaning properties. The design of the machine incorporates the latest developments in forming a tray / lid. It is an extremely user-friendly machine, which is simple to adjust. From a horizontal magazine a blank is taken with vacuum and put in position. A mechanic pusher brings the blank to the forming mould. During the transfer a very accurate timing of the glue injection is achieved on the long flaps. After reaching the forming station, the blank will be stamped through the adjustable forming unit; the sides of the tray will be simultaneous pressed on 4 sides.
