FOODPACK ENERGY
This reliable, robust machine has a greater sealing capacity and sealing area compared to the FoodPack Basic model. Ilpra ProGas technology – a standard feature in this model – ensures higher production speed and consequently also a higher production rate. The compact, stainless steel FoodPack Energy model has a work area of 395 x 265 mm and a high sealing capacity. The motor driven film unwinder and quick changing of the mould make it flexible and fast to use for small/medium productions. Ilpra Progas technology increases its performance and reduces consumption of gas.

FOODPACK M7
FoodPack M7 is a fully automated in-line packaging machine designed for high production volumes. It offers a 700 mm wide sealing area and can perform operations such as sealing only, vacuum and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and skin sealing. Form inliners
Form inliner is a pre-formed liner that fits like a second skin into a drum or pail. Its robust design makes it suitable for mixing filling contents or emptying with press plate. In production we heat thick plates to form them over a mold, this technique is called thermoforming. Product is made out of one piece and therefore without welding seals. We have several molds available; - Cylindrical steel drums of 216 liters - Vase shaped plastic drums 60 or 120 liters - Stackable pails from 15 to 50 liters By default, our Form inliners are made of transparant LDPE, but we can also make it with anti-static or in a blue food grade color. For more corrosive substances or high filling temperatures, we can produce the Form inliner in PP, with or without anti-static.
FP series - automatic sealers with shrink tunnel - smipack.nl
Modularity and excellent price/quality ratios are the main features characterizing the manual, semiautomatic and fully automatic sealers of the FP series. All the models of this range can indeed be supplied with or without shrink tunnel. The automatic models in this range are full electric, without compressed air requirement. The INOX version machines are ideal to satisfy the exigencies of the food industry (meat, frozen food, fish, cheese, chocolate, etc.), and are characterized by a stainless steel frame (AISI 304) and the conveyor complying with the FDA, UE and USDA standards, concerning products in direct contact with food. Compared to the traditional L-sealers, the FP series provides higher outputs as well as the possibility of using Polyethylene film, besides the traditional shrink films, and includes different models for outputs ranging up to 3600 packs/hour.
