MLP RO: High pressure - purified water
MLP RO: High pressure - purified water The MLP RO package consists of the reverse osmosis unit and the high-pressure pump and is housed in a single, space-saving system. The unit is compatible with all ML products. Modules of different individual sizes can be integrated for the required humidification volume and even for bulky systems only a single installation is required. Of course, the systems are also available without reverse osmosis if necessary. The MLP RO is available in series models for 100 kg, 265 kg, 440 kg and 750 kg of pure water per hour. The individual models can be expanded flexibly and can be linked to a total capacity of 10,000 kg per hour according to the customer's specifications.

Mobile
Hose lifter for handling boxes, bags, cans, barrels, etc., mounted on a mobile articulated boom crane. With a pallet truck, the entire setup can easily be moved to the desired location. Furthermore, the column is height adjustable so that the setup can also be used under a platform, for example. Whether it can still be moved with limited passage height between rooms. Hemmes BV supplies the setup fully assembled and ready for use. Simply place it in the desired location, plug in (400V) and you're done. The quick-change system allows you to easily switch between different suction feet or hook without tools.

Mobile Overheight Module
This custom-made accessory is designed to strap pallets of up to 3m height. It is an ideal solution to strap pallets with protruding products or sensitive goods, (such as varnished surfaces), securely and gently. Attaches to the ErgoPack machine via a detachable quick fastener. Once the Mobile Overheight Module gets separated from the ErgoPack machine, normal pallets of up to 2,3m height can be strapped as usual.

Molded Fiber inlay
Inlays are an essential component of many food packaging applications, such as biscuits, chocolates and advent calendars. These inlays are often made from plastic, but with molded fiber, SFA Packaging offers a sustainable alternative. Tony’s Chocolonely’s advent calendar is a good example: both the inlay and the outer box are made from paper pulp and can therefore be recycled together in a single stream. This mono-material solution aligns fully with the European PPWR guidelines for 2030. Our cellulose-based packaging is safe for direct food contact, free from PFAS, and equipped with a moisture and grease barrier that helps keep products fresh for longer. Molded fiber is available in virgin or recycled pulp and provides a biodegradable alternative to plastic.
