Large character inkjet
Especially when printed information on packaging needs to be functional or visible from a great distance, large character inkjet is the best solution. Bulk packaging, pipes, steel, plastic, insulation material, wood and concrete in particular are often provided with Drop on Demand (DOD) coding with large format characters. Due to the size of the coding field, it is possible to provide packaging with the complete desired coding. A print height of up to 127 mm per printhead is even possible. Due to the modularity of the printers, different applications with interchangeable standard components can be put together.

Large character inkjet printers DOD TECHNOLOGY
The consolidated solenoid technology, the forerunner of the Zanasi product range, has become, over time, the conventional solution for large character marking on secondary packaging for quality, innovation and solidity. Industrial printing systems suitable for multiple uses, reliable and intended to last over time, designed to best meet the coding needs of secondary packaging and products with porous and non-porous surfaces, such as bags, panels, pipes, pallets, cans and drums. Zanasi large character printing systems are simple and compact, they can manage the different NZ printhead models in variable combinations, up to a maximum of 4, proving to be a flexible and ideal solution in contexts characterised by the presence of multiple production lines, or by the need to print multiple lines on the different sides of the packaging, with a printing range up to 190 mm. The solidity of large character systems is ensured by a structure entirely made of stainless steel, which does not fear humidity, dust or high temperatures, and by the quality of the inks that ensure even and constant marking in any environment.

Large-volume trays have emerged as a replacement for large wooden boxes in the textile industry and are an ideal variant between a plastic box and a pallet box. A large plastic container is easy to use in many sectors. Large volume bins are made of a strong, food-friendly, frost-, chemical- and impact-resistant plastic. This material allows the large containers to be used for various applications. The large plastic bins can be supplied with closed or perforated walls, with or without wheels, stackable and / or nestable.

Laserfood (Natural branding)
De lasercodingmachines maken gebruik van een geconcentreerde lichtbron die de buitenste laag van groente en fruit depigmenteren waardoor er een zichtbare afdruk ontstaat. Laserfood beschikt over de technologie waar veel vraag naar is als het gaat om alternatieven voor kleine stickertjes of labeltjes. Foodlaser is een al 15 jaar gespecialiseerd bedrijf in de AGF lasercoding sector. Doormiddel van de innovatieve systemen is het mogelijk om groenten en fruit op een natuurlijk, snelle, economische en veelzijdige manier te identificeren. Laserfood beschikt over twee machines (Pro en Lite) met enkele constructieve verschillen, maar wel met dezelfde bedieningsprincipes. De machines kunnen afzonderlijk te werk gaan of worden opgenomen in een productielijn, waar het in- en/of uitstapgebied wordt aangepast aan de eisen van de klant. De gebruiker van de machine kiest via een menu op het bedieningspaneel de gewenste configuraties (productcombinatie, ontwerp gravering, werkformaat). Het product kan in bulk of in een doos bij de ingang van de machine worden geplaatst. De transportband vervoert de producten naar het markeringsgebied. De machine beschikt over een automatisch detectiesysteem en analyseert de positie van het product, vervolgens word het product gemarkeerd. Eenmaal gemarkeerd, wordt het product via transportband naar de uitgang verplaatst.

LDS700-IoT leak detection system
Leak detection of MAP packaging With the specific LDS700-IoT leak detection system from FT System it is possible to inspect your products in MAP packaging for leaks. These products are packaged low in oxygen, in other words: MAP packaging (Modified Atmosphere Packaging). Gases are then applied inside the packaging, so that the spoilage of food is slower than when packaging with normal air. When defects, no matter how small, are detected by this system, the product is rejected and possibly ejected. Real-time data updates When a micro leak is detected, the LDS700-IoT machine provides real-time data updates and defective packaging is automatically rejected.
