End-of-line solution: Palletiser and AGV

A robot palletiser combined with an AGV is the perfect end-of-line solution. The robot is fast and greatly increases productivity. Whether stacking boxes, crates, bags or trays. Thanks to its multifunctional gripper, the robot can pick up all kinds of goods. Is there a change in the packaging format? That is no problem either. The robot can easily be adjusted to new stacking layouts.

After palletising, the loaded pallets go to the end of the line. From there, they are taken to the warehouse or prepared for transport. These repetitive, logistical processes can be carried out by Automated Guided Vehicles. The operator assigns tasks to the vehicle, upon which it takes the full pallets to the specified location and empty pallets to the palletiser. It results in an even more efficient and streamlined process.
