Hygiene is a crucial factor in technical and logistical processes involving pharmaceutical and chemical products, food and cosmetics. Craemer, pioneer in plastics processing, has developed the new HB3, a pallet box entirely made of PE: hygienic, robust, ideal for this sector. With its latest development, the specialist in plastics offers a world first innovation: HB3 is the first and only completely closed pallet box on the market with welded runners. The new HB3 box in industrial size (outer dimensions, l x w x h: 1200 x 1000 x 790 millimetres) consists of two one-piece injection-moulded elements: the box body as the top part and the pallet with three welded runners as the bottom part. Another special feature: A patented weld seam geometry for joining both plastic elements ensures maximum impact resistance and break strength; the weld seam is contour-milled and therefore almost invisible. The HB3 box, with a tare weight of approx. 42 kilograms (without reinforcement profiles), can carry a volume of max. 580 litres and withstand a stacking load of 5000 kilograms. The box is extremely rigid thanks to the welding of top and bottom part. Three additional metal reinforcement profiles (available as an option) permit a further increase of bending stiffness. The exact payload of this new development is currently being determined. R&D experts from Craemer call it the “elephant among pallet boxes”. According to them, in relation to its size is the strongest on the market. Construction and design of the box body ensure optimum hygiene. According to the manufacturer, the completely closed pallet box has excellent cleaning properties and has no nooks or crannies in which bacteria may settle. The seamless design, the smooth inner walls and the welded runners allow easy emptying, cleaning and drying. The almost invisible contour-milled welding seam, the clean and clear lines, the minimal ribbing and the rounded shape also contribute to this.

AVC Continuous Heat Sealers are very well-suited for closing large numbers of bags at high speed. These machines are of a high quality technically, allowing them to perform well in almost any situation. The digital thermostat allows the temperature of this machine to be set with great precision. All Continuous Heat Sealer models can be mounted on a stand, allowing the bags to be fed in quickly and carefully. At the in-feed the bags are centred and whether or not turned for the correct packing patterns. After going trough the turning unit the bags are presented, turned or not, to the collection belt. On this collection belt, a preset number of bags (controlled by the menu settings) can be accumulated (with or without partial overlap) They are then introduced to the case packer unit itself, which is equipped with pneumatic drop doors and a bag in-feed unit. This in-feed unit is equipped with two vertical conveyors belts, that are adjustable in width to reduce the volume of the passing bags during transfer to the drop doors. The vertical belts can also move left and right. Thus deposit rows of bags in different positions on the drop doors in order to pack more rows per layer in the cartons. During loading the case is vibrated according to the menu so that the volume of the bags in the case further reduced. The CP 201 case packer line can be extend with many options which makes the line complete to product and customer demands.

CP 301 Casepacker. This system loads automatically bags into cases or crates. The bags are divided at the in-feed with a swivel conveyor and positioned on the retract conveyor. The retract conveyor placed the bags at the bomb doors. Overlap in length and width is possible to create a optimum products in the product carrier. The bomb doors are servo driven which means a quick and controlled movement. After opening of the bomb doors the products will be placed in the product carrier. Multiple layers can also be placed in the product carrier. The product carrier vibrates during loading (option), so that an optimum degree of filling will be reached. The product carrier can be turned for more packing patterns.
