Industrial printers Cyklop offers various solutions for coding products and packaging. Our printers can be divided into two categories: the High Resolution inkjet printer and the Continuous Inkjet (CIJ). A high resolution inkjet printer is ideal when high-quality printing and ease of use are required. High resolution inkjet printers use easily exchangeable standard cartridges and do not use any additional solvents. A continuous inkjet printer uses ink and make-up liquid (thinner). Both liquids are contained in a separate container / bottle and are mixed in the ink reservoir to achieve the correct thickness. The ink is transferred under pressure from the ink reservoir through the print hose into the print head and then ejected onto the substrate.

The print speed is considerably higher because the page is processed directly as a whole, whereas an inkjet device prints a series of narrow strips close together. However, black-and-white laser printers still produce raster images and are, with the exception of top models, less effective at reproducing images with solid areas. Some of our toner-based printers are capable of printing in WHITE. This allows you to print on black substrates and thus produce dark labels. Transparent substrates are also no problem for toner printers.

The Minicombiset in particular may be used in any situation due to its single-phase power supply. The new DIAS Drive generation MDD 2000 from SIGMATEK combines high performance and flexibility for the control of servo motors in a highly compact design. The modular multi-axis servo system is designed with one, two and three-axis modules in various sizes or power classes and already provides many Safety functions in the standard model. The flexible servo system can be operated as single or three-phase with 230-480 VAC. Besides one to three axes, a supply, power filter, brake resistor and DC-Link circuit are also onboard – and that within only 75x240x219 mm in size 1. The highest power density is therewith achieved. In size 1, the servo system achieves a performance of 4 kW (3x 5 A rated or 3x 15 A peak current) and in size 2, up to 8 kW (3x 10 A rated or 3x 30 A peak current). The overload factor is up to 300 percent. Very short controller cycle times of 62.5 µs give the DIAS Drives excellent servo performance. The combined supply and axis module MDP 2000, with up to three integrated axes, can be a stand-alone solution or installed in the network with any number of MDD 2000 axis modules of both sizes. This makes designing a customized drive concept simple. Thanks to clever connection mechanics, installation time is reduced. With DCB “DC Connection Block” and BCB “Bus Connection Block”, all modules can be quickly connected using stacking technology. This eliminates complex individual wiring for current, DC-Link coupling and real-time Ethernet communication with VARAN bus.

Bangma Verpakkingen was located at five locations in Dronten and wanted to establish itself at one location. We realized the new company building for Bangma on the new industrial estate Poort van Dronten. The company building of 20,000 sqm consists of an extensive warehouse with warehouse space, shipping zone, workspaces and offices.
