      Ameco Apeldoorn

Family business Ameco (Amsterdam Meat Company) slaughtered and processed high-quality Dutch beef in a closed chain on the grounds of Food Center Amsterdam. Due to the redevelopment of its location in Amsterdam, Ameco felt the need for alternative premises. Concrete plans for existing buildings were already in place. Given the short timeframe of 13 months, new construction did not seem realistic to Ameco. In Aan de Stegge Twello, Ameco found an ambitious construction company that demonstrated that new construction was certainly still possible. Thanks to a highly efficient process and integrated collaboration in which Ameco was very closely involved, we succeeded in developing and realizing the new building in just 13 months. The facility covers a total area of 10,500 m² and is logistically very efficiently laid out, comprising 4,000 m² for the deboning, packaging, and dispatch areas; 2,700 m² for processing rooms and cold storage; 1,900 m² for office spaces, facilities, and technical areas; and 1,700 m² for the stable and washing area. Watch the tour of Ameco's new building to see more of this innovative facility. In the years that followed, we realized various expansions for Ameco at the same location.

      ARC (Automatic Router Bit Changer)

The automatic router bit changer makes milling, polishing, and engraving more cost-effective than ever before. The required router bits are automatically moved, clamped, initialized, and cleaned after use. The time required for replacing milling tools is thus significantly reduced. While the cutter is working fully automatically and with maximum efficiency, quality control is ensured at the same time: The permanently installed ITI initialization system controls the zero point after each tool fitting, thereby ensuring a constantly precise milling depth.

    3. AroFair: The fully protective paper envelope

AroFair: The fully protective paper envelope

Are you tired of using plastic packaging, but still want to ship your fragile products safely? With AroFair, you can switch to a fully paper envelope, made from recycled paper and elastic bio-cushions. These cushions absorb shocks, so your shipment arrives undamaged. Elastic bio-cushions for extra protection The power of AroFair lies in the bio-cushions—small, resilient cushions that absorb shocks and adapt smoothly to your product. This makes the envelope ideal for fragile items such as electronics, ceramics or optical equipment. And because there are no plastic parts, everything can be recycled in one go. From compact to spacious AroFair is available in a range of sizes, so you can choose the right size for every shipping need. The smallest envelope (140 x 220 mm) is perfect for small, fragile parts, while the largest version (370 x 480 mm) offers enough space for larger items that require extra care. Each size has a handy adhesive strip, so you can close it without any hassle. Faster packing with open flaps A practical advantage that you might not immediately think of: as soon as you open a box of AroFair envelopes, the flap of each envelope automatically ‘opens’. This makes filling surprisingly easy and saves you time when you prepare many shipments in one day. Less plastic, less hassle You don’t have to stock up on or store separate filling material, and after use, the entire envelope goes into the waste paper. That means one waste stream, one clear recycling process and no extra handling. We don’t call it overly ‘green’—it’s just a practical solution that works. Ready to reduce your plastic consumption? Feel free to contact Topa for advice on the right size or to ask your questions. We’re happy to help.
