The success of Picnic's innovative working method requires new fulfillment centers that facilitate the growing and innovative working method. On behalf of Impact Vastgoed, we are realizing new fulfillment centers at the Hessenpoort business park in Zwolle and New Reijerwaard in Ridderkerk. Together with Impact Vastgoed, we have developed the construction plan from the first plans. The unique concept that has been developed for this purpose will soon house the fully automated process of Picnic. By seamlessly connecting to Picnic's wishes for now and later, logistics efficiency and maximum future-proofing are guaranteed. The fulfillment centers are realized in accordance with the BREEAM-NL Very Good guidelines.

TPM1 is a simple pneumatic crimping head, suitable for FEA perfume standard diameters 11,13,15,17,18,20mm. TPM1 is so easy to handle that can be moved to reach the bottles anywhere on the work surface; it can be provided, upon request, with a balancer that hanged on a suspended above wire, can take off the weight from the operator’s hand. Pneumatically operated semi automatic crimping machine AP01 is suitable for both glass bottle and aluminum 1” aerosol can crimping. This machine is recommended for medium scale production numbers. AP01 is the only pneumatic machine, within our range, that allows the crimping of aluminum aerosol cans by a simple lever movement. When crimping aerosol cans, please note that AP01 crimp valves internally and only prior to the gas filling operation.

Semi-automatic, pneumatic crimping machine AP02 is the right compromise between quality and price for a medium - high production. Versatility and simple use are its main characteristics. Suitable for FEA perfume standard diameters 11,13,15,17,18,20mm. The special features of this machine are the large aluminum base and a set of “catch hands” which hold the bottle in position while crimping. This feature is particularly indicated for tall and narrow bottles, as the catch hands act like a pre crimping operation.

Dunnage airbags are an effective solution for securing goods during transportation. When inflated, these airbags fill the voids between pallets, stabilizing the load and preventing movement. By filling gaps within containers, dunnage airbags help prevent damage to goods, enhance safety for workers during unloading, and provide a more economical alternative to traditional load-securing methods.
