Packstation is a solution for optimizing manual filling of GKS packaging machines. The system consists of a robust platform with walking surface, stairs and railing. This is mounted to the in height adjustable working surface under which the packaging machine is placed. On this surface there’s enough space to store an amount of product that is being packed. An manual weigher can be placed next to it. For further automation its possible to replace the manual weigher with a single head weigher with automatic infeed belt. The concept has been designed in a way that various types of packaging machines can be integrated. The modular construction of Packstation makes it possible to adjust the system according to the working environment. Other possibility is to rebuilt the system to a right hand or a left hand installation, stairs can be mounted both on the front as well as on the back or on both sides.

The Palletbooster is the complete system for automatic palletizing. This also makes the work a lot more ergonomic, because you don't have to lift anything anymore. The booster is designed to be able to work safely with the staff without fencing.
