The contract was awarded to us after a selection procedure in competition with two other construction companies. The new building plan is based on the Plan of Requirements of Royal Smilde Bakery. Around this we developed and designed a complete turnkey company building consisting of a production area and a new office. The plan consists of 1,325 sqm of office space and 4,500 sqm of industrial space (production, storage and technology). The office part will be built energy neutral. To make room, some existing buildings on the site will be demolished. In this way, the housing is considerably expanded. We are responsible for the demolition, new construction and adaptation of the existing industrial building. The construction time of the total project is 45 weeks.
