This custom-made accessory is designed to strap pallets of up to 3m height. It is an ideal solution to strap pallets with protruding products or sensitive goods, (such as varnished surfaces), securely and gently. Attaches to the ErgoPack machine via a detachable quick fastener. Once the Mobile Overheight Module gets separated from the ErgoPack machine, normal pallets of up to 2,3m height can be strapped as usual.

This machine is suited to fill at level products, such us nail polish/fragrances and solvents. The machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and is complete with a glass tank placed on the back of the machine. A suction hose connects the machine to the tank of the product, a second hose connects the dosing group to the tank of the glass. Overplus of product is automatically sucked by the dosing nozzle and piped into the glass accumulation tank placed on the back of the machine (that is used as a tank to store up and to recover the product). This machine has a nozzle for dosage that goes up and down all times we approach the bottle for filling near the sensor. This system is not with diving function, the nozzle will go inside the neck of the bottle and the filling will be at level. The time for dosing is timed in order to optimize the speed of production. Special device that permit the fill of metals balls into your bottles. It work pneumatically and the body is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
