The System 1 series includes a range of automatic label applicators for wrap-around applications on cylindrical products. Labelling systems are fully automatic labelling machines with an integrated conveyor system; they are self-sufficient small labelling lines providing for conveying, handling and labelling. They can therefore be used both offline or connected to other packaging machines (e.g. filling machines). Automatic wrapping systems are ideal for labelling cylindrical jars, bottles, vessels, products made of plastic, glass or metal containing food, chemicals and cosmetics.

Labels
Onze expertise ligt op meerdere vlakken. Zo kunt u bij ons terecht voor onder andere: Duo labels, dry peel labels, flexibele verpakkingen, digitaal gedrukte verpakkingen, toegangskaarten voor bv theaters en schouwburgen, barcode etiketten eventueel met uniek nummer, aluminium labels, inmould labels, niet klevende etiketten en flexibele folies.

Laminate films with barrier 100% recycable
Recyclable mono-structure HDPE & LDPE is an oriented film of high density polyethylene (HDPE) laminated with blown PE films. Recyclable laminates are films that completely replace various non-recyclable combinations with a 100% recyclable combination. Laserfood (Natural branding)
De lasercodingmachines maken gebruik van een geconcentreerde lichtbron die de buitenste laag van groente en fruit depigmenteren waardoor er een zichtbare afdruk ontstaat. Laserfood beschikt over de technologie waar veel vraag naar is als het gaat om alternatieven voor kleine stickertjes of labeltjes. Foodlaser is een al 15 jaar gespecialiseerd bedrijf in de AGF lasercoding sector. Doormiddel van de innovatieve systemen is het mogelijk om groenten en fruit op een natuurlijk, snelle, economische en veelzijdige manier te identificeren. Laserfood beschikt over twee machines (Pro en Lite) met enkele constructieve verschillen, maar wel met dezelfde bedieningsprincipes. De machines kunnen afzonderlijk te werk gaan of worden opgenomen in een productielijn, waar het in- en/of uitstapgebied wordt aangepast aan de eisen van de klant. De gebruiker van de machine kiest via een menu op het bedieningspaneel de gewenste configuraties (productcombinatie, ontwerp gravering, werkformaat). Het product kan in bulk of in een doos bij de ingang van de machine worden geplaatst. De transportband vervoert de producten naar het markeringsgebied. De machine beschikt over een automatisch detectiesysteem en analyseert de positie van het product, vervolgens word het product gemarkeerd. Eenmaal gemarkeerd, wordt het product via transportband naar de uitgang verplaatst.

LEAF
LEAF is specifically developed to produce paper bags out of 100% recyclable and compostable paper mono material. LEAF has a revolutionary design and is constructed out of stainless steel and other recyclable materials. LEAF is partly built out of recycled OCEAN PLASTIC, thus helping to reduce plastic waste. Together with the open construction for optimized accessibility, it makes the machine very easy to clean and maintain. LEAF excels in optimized sealing pressure, paper handling and tracking. It has a special former set and is equipped with an in-line mesh applicator to produce bags with a netting behind the window. With its large range in pack sizes (190 mm up to 400 mm bag width) and a capacity up to 25 bags per minute, LEAF is the perfect machine for all paper applications. In the standard configuration it produces both pillow and stand up bags. The modular construction guarantees that each module can be exchanged within minutes. Leakmaster Easy
Package Leak Detection / Leak Testing system using a water-based bubble leak test. LEAK-MASTER® EASY allows the detection even of the smallest of leaks in packages and a seal integrity test. After the package is placed into the test chamber filled with water, the head space above the water level is evacuated. This is done with the help of a compressed air operated Venturi nozzle (optionally also with electric vacuum pump). Thus, the package immersed in the water inflates, allowing any leaks and their location to be identified by a stream of bubbles.
