Dry toner laser color label printers are the most suitable models for achieving greater resistance on almost all types of materials. LED technology based on dry toner delivers strong, moisture-resistant prints. The advantages of laser printers over inkjet models lie in the fact that no ink can bleed at all, because this technology works with powder that is bonded to the material instead of ink. Additionally, the cost per page is significantly lower, depending on the application. The print speed is considerably higher because the page is processed directly as a whole, whereas an inkjet device prints a series of narrow strips close together. However, black-and-white laser printers still produce raster images and are, with the exception of top models, less effective at reproducing images with solid areas. Some of our toner-based printers are capable of printing in WHITE. This allows you to print on black substrates and thus produce dark labels. Transparent substrates are also no problem for toner printers.

Currently available in a choice of 5 warm pastel colours giving the pouches a natural look and feel, the pouches are made of a high barrier multilayer plastic laminate ensuring a good gas and moisture barrier. The glossy window ensures that the consumer is able to see the contents of the pouch. The grip closure ensures the consumer can open and reseal the pouch, the header of the pouch can be heat-sealed to create a tamper evident seal which the consumer can remove by means of the easy to open tear notches.

CASE ERECTING AND BAG PLACING by our CombiPlast Machine The CombiPlast case/box erector with bag inserter is a remarkable and unique machine which combines box erecting- & bag inserting technology in one compact solution. Feeding plano’s and prefabricated bags in, it provides you a bag in box ready to be filled with your product. This with a speed up to 16 boxes per minute. Your boxes are mechanically squared and bottom taped. Optional hotmelt can be implemented. Prefabricated Easy Open bags, with a possible thickness down to 10 μm, are placed tightly in your erected boxes. Bags are perfectly suited for all your box sizes.

The Commander C is our general purpose frequency inverter. The Commander C series is available in 3 variants, the Commander C200, the Commander C300 and the Commander C300 PM.
