EasyGo is a fixed part of a participation in Empack. This marketing package contains a wide range of tools based on the most recent developments in digital marketing technology. This enables you to increase your (online) visibility before, during and after Empack, and to collect and follow up leads more easily.

Smartbadge

The Smart Badge, a badge with a special integrated chip. With this Smart Badge, visitors can easily scan the stands by passing the badge over the exhibitor’s badge reader. The badge reader is the special reader that every exhibitor receives and must place visibly on their stand.

Visit connect

Visit Connect is an application that you can download on your smartphone or tablet. Visit Connect makes it possible to easily collect information from visitors to your stand by scanning the visitor’s visitor badge with the app. A license is required to use Visit Connect.

We are happy to support you in inviting your relations with Easyfairs’ unique Invitation Service. You save all the time, layout and printing costs that you would normally spend on invitations! We will send the personalized invitation cards to your relations free of charge on behalf of your company.
