As a Technical Service Engineer at Codipack, you are the hero who installs, maintains and repairs our advanced equipment at customers’ locations. You act as the bridge between technology and customer happiness by providing fast and smart solutions to technical challenges, both virtual and in-person.

Customers rely on your expertise, whether it concerns problem solving over the telephone, sending reassuring emails or tackling complex issues hands-on on site. You are not only a technician, but also a teacher. You train customers so that they can work with our products with confidence and get the best out of them. You are a link in our team, working closely with colleagues from different departments to provide the best service and continuously improve our products.

– You visit existing customers and conduct active prospecting.
– You are familiar with or have the necessary knowledge to build up the necessary knowledge of our labeling software projects and solutions in the short term.
– You handle customer requests.
– You guide your customer through the entire process: the definition of the scope, the timing and the budget until the delivery of the project.
– You work closely with the technical team.
– You report to the Sales Manager.
– You offer the customer a suitable solution in the form of a written quotation.
Through your convincing writing style and clear presentation of data from the functional analysis, you are able to highlight the added value of a collaboration with Codipack, in addition to a suitable solution.
You present this solution to the customer in a convincing, animated way.
– Finally, you hand over the project to the IT project manager, who takes care of the implementation.
