Field technical engineer

As a Technical Service Engineer at Codipack, you are the hero who installs, maintains and repairs our advanced equipment at customers' locations. You act as the bridge between technology and customer happiness by providing fast and smart solutions to technical challenges, both virtual and in-person. Customers rely on your expertise, whether it concerns problem solving over the telephone, sending reassuring emails or tackling complex issues hands-on on site. You are not only a technician, but also a teacher. You train customers so that they can work with our products with confidence and get the best out of them. You are a link in our team, working closely with colleagues from different departments to provide the best service and continuously improve our products.

– You have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
(electro-mechanics, automation, process and production techniques, etc.)
– You have already made some technical kilometers and have experience in installing, maintaining and repairing technological devices. Preferably you have already explored the industrial equipment, automation or coding industry.
– Seeing problems for you is the same as solving problems. Your analytical mind and ingenuity make you a master at finding solutions.
– Communicating is your second nature. You navigate technical jargon as easily as plain language, and customers feel understood.
– You are our very own MacGyver – always prepared and ready to travel and work wherever necessary.
– You have a driving license B.
– In addition to an excellent knowledge of Dutch, you express yourself fluently in English.
