PerfectFold – liquid creaser
PerfectFold, a liquid creaser system for folding corrugated cardboard, is as ingenious as it is simple. The system applies a special creasing liquid to the fold lines. This liquid quickly penetrates the corrugated board – without damaging it – and reduces its stiffness. The soft fold lines can then be folded accurately with little effort. Problems such as fold breakage, varying gaps and shifts (fishtailing) are eliminated. More accurate and faster folding is the result.
Corrugated boxes creased with PerfectFold also offer exact interior dimensions, so inserts can be placed in the folding boxes without difficulty. To apply the liquid, Robatech uses the proven Sempre 30 application heads. The SpeedUp creasing liquid was developed especially for PerfectFold.
