EasyLine is a small, practical glue application system for simple hot melt gluing applications with a glue requirement of up to 2.5 kg/hour. Whether for trays, folding boxes, cardboard cups, ice cream cones or similar products – EasyLine glues with the usual Robatech processing quality, all necessary functionalities and is particularly energy-efficient at an attractive price.
In developing the EasyLine, Robatech focused on functional minimalism while integrating completely new functions that greatly simplify installation and commissioning, as well as operation and maintenance. This includes plug-and-play connections and maintenance of the glue filter on the heating hose instead of on the application head. That’s what makes the system so practical.
The Easy glue melter can also be used independently of the EasyLine in combination with the Performa and Enduro conventional glue hoses and the other glue heads in Robatech’s range, as well as with the EasyStar manual glue applicator. This creates a small and handy system for manual glue application.
