Compact and robust printing system with SEIKO Piezo printhead
The Integra PP108 is a self-contained printing system built around a Seiko piezo printhead that has been specifically developed for recirculating ink systems. This principle prevents air from accumulating in the nozzles, so preventing pixel drop-out and guaranteeing a consistently high quality print. A further advantage is that the ink reservoir can be positioned at any convenient height relative to the printhead. Refilling can be accomplished without the need to stop the printer, with any air being automatically removed from the ink supply.

Inkjet printer Integra PP 108
This new model is the first Markoprint Inkjet Printer the employs Seiko printhead technology that prints up to 108 mm high at speeds of up to 150 m/min and with a resolution of up to 360 dpi. The Integra PP 108’s recirculating ink system prevents air pockets and so guarantees a perfect print every time. Pressure control maintains print quality regardless of the height of the ink reservoir relative to the printhead.

The 500 ml ink reservoir is filled directly from the replenishing bottle which is removed when empty. The nozzle plate comprises of 4 rows of 384 nozzles to give a total nozzle count of 1536 and so a print resolution of up to 360 dpi. The PP 108 is ideally suited for all sizes of fonts from 1mm upwards and also produces high resolution graphics and barcodes. The pigmented ink enables top and side printing on products with absorbent surfaces.
