With the ever increasing emphasis on compact robots and reduction in factory footprint in mind, the ABIflexx Wide Delta was developed. Through a completely new configuration of this special delta robot, an oval work area is created, enabling the Wide Delta to reach products on conveyor belts up to a width of 1580mm. A second large advantage is the fact that it occupies considerably less space in series than a series of regular delta robots. A group of 4 Wide Delta Robots occupies 50% less space than a group of four regular Delta Robots. Completely designed to meet FDA and EHEDG specifications and thus extremely suitable in food or pharma environments. Through the use of high quality components, the system can reach 220 picks/minute with a very high position repeatability and very low wear, minimizing TCO for the user. While regular ABIflexx Delta Robots already offer you unprecedented flexibility, the ABIflexx Wide Delta offers you the same flexibility with a much smaller footprint.

MMF Transparant was founded in 1995 and supplies transparent and printed thermoforming, flowpack, top seal, and Klappack (3 sided seal) films for the food-processing industry in Europe. We are familiar with all types of laminate and printing techniques, and we collaborate very closely with 5 European producers. Furthermore, in addition to keeping stock, checking and distributing films, the entire printing preparation process is one of our daily activities. Currently, the portfolio of MMF Transparant contains more than 3000 printing images.

We supply lasers for coding and marking all types of products and packaging. In addition, we also sell highly advanced control & inspection equipment. What does that mean? Almost all products and packaging are delivered with extra information on it from the factory. Like a best-before date, production data or barcode. With our laser machines, this can be marked super fast on glass, foil, plastic, metal or cardboard. Each product receives a unique identification and you can always see where and when it was produced or packaged. We also supply control & inspection equipment to accurately scan and reject products if something is not right. For example, if there is metal in it, the weight is incorrect or the numbers are incorrect.
