But it is precisely the Visit Connect internet browser via your telephone. The app is outdated and not working properly
Make sure you have an internet connection. Internet is required to open Visit Connect in your internet browser. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera. Then enter your name and email and click accept. Click “Add leads” to open the camera and start scanning!
We are now using a web app. This is a website in your browser that works well on smartphone/tablet. See above which steps to follow
You can find the QR code in My Easyfairs -> Manage your stand -> Manage your stand -> Visit Connect -> License -> click on “Web App”.
When opening the Visit Connect tool, you will be asked for a name + email address. This is done to identify the user. Afterwards you can see which representative scanned which leads. Should the tool ask for a name + email address again when reopening. Can use the same name and email.
Sometimes there is no permission to use the camera; the screen shows how you can adjust the camera settings again.
