You will become part of the customer support team, which consists of 7 direct colleagues spread over the offices in Houten and Wommelgem. In this team we ensure that our customers and colleagues from other departments are taken care of. Because you know what customer experience means, it is always top of mind and you naturally think in terms of solutions, our customers and colleagues are happy to ask you their questions.

What’s happening in our department? You answer various questions about the sales and order process. You also manage our sales projects from purchasing to installation. You can do this work from home or at our office in Wommelgem.

What are you going to do?

As a Helpdesk Engineer you are responsible for providing high-quality service and support to our customers. You diagnose and provide technical solutions for Domino equipment, accessories and applications via telephone, virtual or email. You distinguish yourself by going the extra mile and actively thinking along with the customer about possible challenges in the future.

You enter the office in Houten. Just have a cup of coffee before you get to work in the workshop. What is on the agenda for you as a Workshop Engineer at Domino? That’s the great thing about this job: no day is the same. A day full of variety and challenges, that’s for sure.

As a Workshop Engineer, your day starts behind your laptop. Take a moment to look at which requests are waiting for you and which ones deserve priority. Then it’s time to go to the workshop, where you start up the printers and get everything ready for the planned tests. But there’s more!

In between the technical challenges, you help a colleague send a package or answer questions from field service colleagues who are carrying out a repair in the workshop today. As if that weren’t enough, you create printer samples for our customers and prospects and start preparing for a demonstration that is scheduled for next week.

Are you our new Business Development Manager Belgium?

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager Belgium. This role has a strong focus on field sales, but offers flexibility to work from the office in Wommelgem or from home one day a week.

As a Business Development Manager you report directly to the Field Sales Manager Belgium. Together with a team of account managers, you are active in both Belgium and Luxembourg. Your main goal is to attract new strategic customers, after which you further manage the commercial relationship with these customers. Building valuable relationships at various organizational levels is central to your position.

Are you the person who knows how to effortlessly build bridges at all levels? Do you have demonstrable experience with Large or Key Account Management? Then we would like to talk to you!
