Are you our new Helpdesk Engineer? (40 hours p/w) Do you live in or around Wommelgem? Do you like technical challenges, do you work accurately and do you go the extra mile? As a Helpdesk Engineer you are responsible for providing high-quality service and support to our customers. You diagnose and provide technical solutions for Domino equipment, accessories and applications via telephone, virtual or email. You distinguish yourself by going the extra mile and actively thinking along with the customer about possible challenges in the future.
