From the production line, the product is transferred by the supply conveyor of the Pecker. In the Pecker, the products are formed according to the entered insertion pattern and aligned per layer at the pick-up position.
At the same time, two empty and unfolded crates/boxes are aligned at the packing position, optionally and if necessary the box flaps can be kept open by a flap spreader. The products are then stacked in the crates/boxes by the Pecker, this is repeated until the crates/boxes are full. The full crates/boxes are transported on the crates/boxes transport system.
