Revolutionary ‘opener’ aid
SEALPAC’s EasyPeelPoint system ensures that sealed trays and thermoform packaging can be opened without any effort or force. With this revolutionary ‘opener’ aid, the so-called peeling corner is integrated in the corner of the tray edge.
How does it work?
The foil is sealed over the entire edge of the tray. By pressing the peel corner it releases the foil from the tray edge and opens the package. This system can also be used with resealable foil.
EasyPeelPoint can be used on the SEALPAC tray sealing machine as well as on the SEALPAC thermoform packaging machines. Two peeling corners can be used on the tray sealing machines. The positions are chosen in such a way that they have no adverse effects on the handling of the trays. With thermoform packaging, the peeling corner can be placed at different angles and the influence of so-called cold sealing is minimal.
