The machine version is suitable for several types of products, for example in the chemical and food industries. The Eagle Filling Line XL is easy to operate due to the pre-programmed recipes on the touchscreen. The machine is also easy to clean and has an open but safe construction.
The recipe and the number of packages are selected by the operator (can also be linked to the ERP system), then
the machine works fully automatically and only the supply and removal of the packaging needs to be taken care of. The opening of the packaging is detected by means of a vision system. The lance then moves to the detected packaging by means of a servo-controlled movement and drops it into the opening. Filling can be done with a fine/coarse/fine dosage. After filling, a drip tray is placed under the lances.
