How is a pallet with special dimensions made?
In the production of a pallet with special dimensions, two or more pallets or pallet parts are connected to create one large pallet deck. This is done using the mirror welding technique. A particularly strong and hygienic weld is created through a clean infrared welding process. This weld securely and durably connects the pallets or pallet parts. Plastic pallets with special dimensions are manufactured in-house and are therefore quickly available, even from just one unit.
The quality of welded pallets
Using plastic welding techniques, a pallet can be enlarged or reduced without compromising the stability and quality of the pallet. The welded pallet forms a cohesive unit, maintaining its stable construction. The pallet retains its load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and durability. The weld that connects both pallets is as strong as the rest of the pallet. Additionally, the weld is hygienic and neatly finished, preventing dirt and moisture from affecting it.
