      Seal inspection

You also don't want to throw away products because the (seal) packaging, such as bags and trays, of your products are not properly sealed? That product residues have remained in the seals, as a result of which the packaging is not properly closed. This is especially common in the food industry. Seal inspection is the best solution for this. With our seal inspection systems, the seals of seal packages are inspected extremely precisely for product residues or other contamination in the sealing area of the packages. In this way, our seal inspection systems ensure that deviating products never reach your customers.

    3. Sealmachine, koepelsealer

      Sealmachine, koepelsealer

    7. Sealunit

      Sealunit

The sealing unit is a machine that can be integrated into lines where big bags are filled with a filling nozzle. The filling nozzle is passed between two heated beams, the beams squeeze the filling nozzle, causing the filling nozzle to be closed. The person who normally buttons the bags can work elsewhere in the factory. The sealing unit is universally designed and height adjustable, so it requires relatively few adjustments to use the machine in any line. Thanks to the robust, self-standing stainless steel frame, the machine can be placed anywhere where there is space in the line. The unit is relatively compact, the dimensions are 2.2x1.2.2.8 meters (wxlxh). Depending on the numbers of big bags that are turned weekly and the customer-specific adjustments, the sealing unit has an attractive payback period. This makes it a sustainable and economically attractive investment.
