Het product kan in bulk of in een doos bij de ingang van de machine worden geplaatst. De transportband vervoert de producten naar het markeringsgebied. De machine beschikt over een automatisch detectiesysteem en analyseert de positie van het product, vervolgens word het product gemarkeerd. Eenmaal gemarkeerd, wordt het product via transportband naar de uitgang verplaatst.

Leak detection of MAP packaging With the specific LDS700-IoT leak detection system from FT System it is possible to inspect your products in MAP packaging for leaks. These products are packaged low in oxygen, in other words: MAP packaging (Modified Atmosphere Packaging). Gases are then applied inside the packaging, so that the spoilage of food is slower than when packaging with normal air. When defects, no matter how small, are detected by this system, the product is rejected and possibly ejected. Real-time data updates When a micro leak is detected, the LDS700-IoT machine provides real-time data updates and defective packaging is automatically rejected. Our machines from FT System are an in-line seal control system that checks whether your products contain a leak. If so, they will be ejected or marked as 'defective'. This way, defective products never reach your customers. Laser spectrophotometry technology These systems use laser spectrophotometry technology (gas sensors). If there are holes or micro-holes in the package and/or seal, any CO2 leaking from the package, the system detects leaks without changing the line speed and/or the internal composition of the modified atmosphere. Thus, defective product packaging never leaves the line. After the package is placed into the test chamber filled with water, the head space above the water level is evacuated. This is done with the help of a compressed air operated Venturi nozzle (optionally also with electric vacuum pump). Thus, the package immersed in the water inflates, allowing any leaks and their location to be identified by a stream of bubbles.
