Vertical volumetric filler A range of pneumatic vertical dosing machines to bottle liquids in cans, plastic bottles, or other containers Our volumetric dosing machines allow manufacturers to dose liquid or semi-dense liquids - may they be alimentary, cosmetical and/or chemical products. These machines are, for example, the perfect equipment to package oil into tin cans. However, also other alimentary or chemical liquids can be filled into diverse types of packaging. The materials and gaskets of the machine are suitable for the processing of alimentary or chemical products. The structure on wheels makes the machine easy to move around and can thus be easily adapted to any of your needs. The liquid to be bottled can be withdrawn from a storage tank or container based lower than the machine, which works pneumatically on compressed air. Once the requested quantity of product to be dosed is selected, the machine directly aspires the liquid from the storage tank and stops automatically without wasting a single drop of product. The machines are fully customizable to be adapted to the product to be filled and the bottle type used.
