The PaperPro 100 is an automatic machine that makes paper filling material for filling empty spaces. The machine is specially designed for logistics, assembly lines, e-commerce, offices, courier services and physical stores that place high demands on product protection during transport. The PaperPro 100 has three output programs and can handle three types of consumables. Een robuuste keramische meetcel levert nauwkeurige gegevens die flexibel kunnen worden gebruikt via twee afzonderlijk configureerbare signaaluitgangen voor schakelprocessen en systeembesturing. Met het aanraakscherm kan de sensor snel en eenvoudig worden geconfigureerd. This in-line system detects leaks by measuring the total headspace pressure of each individual closed beer bottle. The inspection performs a direct inspection based on laser spectroscopy (more accurate and versatile than acoustic systems), able to detect micro-leaks in bottles of any semi-transparent material and with any type of cap. It is also available in different variants, designed to control carbonated drinks, N2 dosed products and products subject to fermentation.

From the production line, the product is transferred by the supply conveyor of the Pecker. In the Pecker, the products are formed according to the entered insertion pattern and aligned per layer at the pick-up position. At the same time, two empty and unfolded crates/boxes are aligned at the packing position, optionally and if necessary the box flaps can be kept open by a flap spreader. The products are then stacked in the crates/boxes by the Pecker, this is repeated until the crates/boxes are full. The full crates/boxes are transported on the crates/boxes transport system.
