Het doseersysteem is op basis van gewicht (gravimetrisch) met een weegplateau van 25-30000gr. De vulmachine kan worden ingezet met producttoevoer over zwaartekracht of pompgevoed. Evt. is een pomp te integreren. De unit kan worden voorzien van grof-/fijndosering. De vulmachine is (optioneel) voorzien van een lanslift voor schuimende producten. De vulmachine maakt onderdeel uit van ons bouwstenensysteem en is derhalve eenvoudig uit te breiden naar een meer geautomatiseerd systeem of volautomatische afvullijn.

The Neo range is intended for filling pre-formed cups at low and medium speed. Neo rotary machines are very compact thus complete solutions that include cup de-stacking, filling, lid placing and sealing, coding and overlid placing units. This compact and ergonomic design allows to reduce the footprint on cup packaging lines compared to linear solutions. They have been designed with all Serac’s expertise in dosing and volumetric filling in order to be easy to install, operate and maintain. Neo machines are particularly versatile as they can be used to fill cups with yogurts, dairy desserts, food products and even beverages. Two filling stations offer the possibility to produce single or two-layer products, the supplementary layer being either pre-filled or post-filled. They can process cylindrical or rectangular cups and deal easily with several cup sizes. Changeovers require no tool and can be done within 15 minutes.

DEFINE Cold-pressed juices and beverages producer Share Natur observed the CBD market grow exponentially and decided to introduce a new CBD containing line under the name Share Natur. Now New Next was asked to develop the entire house style within an extremely compressed timeframe. DESIGN > Market research into CBD > Positioning > Developing design language > Logo design > 2D packaging design > Website and social media design > Brand book > Renders and mock-ups of packaging DELIVER This resulted in an entirely new brand with CBD: a complete range of packaging for numerous products, each with their own design collage, a brand book to guide further expansion, a new website and social media design. This project attracted two nominations at the NL Packaging Awards and won the Product of the Year award.
