With the arrival of a new generation at Hulkenberg B.V., it has been decided to adopt a single company name in all the markets where we are active. This also applies to the Netherlands, where starting from the beginning of December, we will adopt the name Transoplast.
Hulkenberg B.V. has been part of the Transoplast Group for decades. The Dutch market has been served under the name Hulkenberg. In all other European markets, operations have been conducted under the name Transoplast. This historical distinction has been maintained over time.
The Transoplast Group is a family-owned company led by Wim Menting and Erik Hekkers. A few years ago, the transition to a new generation began. Sander Menting will take over the daily management of the Transoplast Group in a few years, and other family members will gradually assume leadership positions.
To establish a clear identity for the entire group and to operate powerfully in the digital realm, a decision has been made to adopt one company name in all markets: Transoplast. This change aims to consolidate the motivation and strength of the entire (family) company under a single name. However, the service and the people remain unchanged, dedicated to our customers with the same passion.
