BERRY M&H WORKING WITH HELP GIN PRODUCERS SWITCH TO MAKING HAND SANITISER

Our Llantrisant and Corby team are leaping to support the countries Gin producers with our Mercury, Hercules, Orion Euro Squeeze and squeeze bottles.
With the country seeing the unprecedented situation unfolding amidst the continued local, national and worldwide spread of COVID-19, Gin makers are stepping up to support WHO approved sanitiser.
We have received interest from across the UK and our teams in Llantrisant and Corby have been working closely with these Distilleries to find new ways of supplying the right packaging bottles and closures to enable the hand sanitiser to get to those who need it, as swiftly as possible.
No one could have foreseen the rise of gin production across the UK and much less so the switch of these producers to hand sanitisers at this time of emergency. Yet this is exactly what has happened. At Berry M&H we have been lucky enough to be involved with these developments and are pleased to be supporting these industries switch smoothly to this creation. The existing set up in these distilleries enables the use of non-traditional hand sanitiser bottles.
Marcelo of the Llantrisant team said ‘I have had some great conversations with Gin producers and together we are working with Cardiff university to get this supply moving whilst ensuring the integrity of the sanitiser product inside.’
