You have a completed MBO education in logistics or similar and you have affinity with technology. In addition, you have at least 4 years of work experience in a similar position. You also have demonstrable experience with order picking (picking) within a production environment.
You are familiar with quality requirements within production and assembly environments. This therefore implies that you like to work accurately and carefully. You like to roll up your sleeves and have a professional attitude. Experience with the 5S principle is a must.
It is important that you have demonstrable experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP systems. You are familiar with the processes of these systems and can suggest improvements. It goes without saying that you are comfortable with computers and can easily master systems.
You have a customer-oriented and solution-oriented approach with a flexible and proactive attitude; you like solving problems, even if this means that you have to take up matters that lie outside your function. Consequently, you feel responsible for your work and you do everything possible to keep the customer satisfied. To achieve this, you seek cooperation with your colleagues and don’t park problems elsewhere.
To achieve all this you are committed, driven and have excellent communication skills. You have good oral and written skills in the Dutch language. English is an advantage.
