We are looking to strengthen our sales team in Siegenburg / Ingolstadt, Germany Customer service representative (m/f/d) Your tasks: • In coordination with the responsible sales manager, you will support our national and international existing customers of the Buergofol German Packaging branch in Mexico and build new customer relationships. • You will support the establishment and expansion of the new market in Mexico and South America • You are responsible for the entire order processing, e.g. calculation, preparation of offers, order entry, deadline monitoring. • You maintain customer master data and process customer complaints. • You process and answer customer inquiries. • You proactively carry out measures to acquire new customers. • You maintain price lists, item data and inventory levels. • You are familiar with customs clearance in Mexico.
