Service Engineer Robotics

You get a flexible work schedule and working from home is one of the possibilities. You leave with your lease car from home to our customer and of course receive a telephone from the company. Your work consists of interesting technical challenges such as testing/programming software applications, robot programming & solving electrical/electronic malfunctions. These activities are largely carried out at the customer's location.

STAND: A123

Your tasks:
 You provide technical support to external and internal relations (working area Benelux, no fixed location).
 You provide training and education for customers.
 You are deployed to solve challenging problems in operational robot systems.
 You provide technical demonstrations / tests.
 You carry out programming activities (on- and offline).
 You report to the Manager Total Customer Support of Yaskawa Benelux.

Our expectations:
 Required is a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or equivalent through experience.
 Candidates with experience in robotics are preferred.
 Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar technical position. If the experience is missing, we would still be happy to welcome you
application.
 Due to the international contacts within Yaskawa, you are at home in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in the French and German language is an advantage.
 You are experienced in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as modern communication systems.
 You work accurately and can come up with creative solutions. You have a proactive attitude and are customer-oriented.
