Your tasks:
You provide technical support to external and internal relations (working area Benelux, no fixed location).
You provide training and education for customers.
You are deployed to solve challenging problems in operational robot systems.
You provide technical demonstrations / tests.
You carry out programming activities (on- and offline).
You report to the Manager Total Customer Support of Yaskawa Benelux.
Our expectations:
Required is a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or equivalent through experience.
Candidates with experience in robotics are preferred.
Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar technical position. If the experience is missing, we would still be happy to welcome you
application.
Due to the international contacts within Yaskawa, you are at home in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in the French and German language is an advantage.
You are experienced in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as modern communication systems.
You work accurately and can come up with creative solutions. You have a proactive attitude and are customer-oriented.
