International Service Technician

As an International Service Technician, you will be an integral part of Boix Europe’s Service department. Our machines are delivered from Spain to our location in Eerbeek. Together with your colleagues, you will prepare them for our customers worldwide. Once ready, you will travel independently to various locations to install the machines. Besides, you will also perform maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This is where your analytical skills and stress-resistance come in handy. Picture yourself visiting beautiful places where few have the opportunity to go – imagine working with fruit growers or bakeries! Different customers with different needs. But that doesn't matter to you. You will always be customer oriented. By listening carefully to the customer, you will have an excellent understanding of their needs and experiences, and we always strive for improvement. So, share your suggestions with our Service Manager to enhance our service and processes continually.
