What will you do:
– Administrative support of the sales, service & project department, such as:
– Preparing quotations and corresponding price calculations via the HEUFT
configuration system, spreadsheets and word processing programs
– Administrative preparation and support of projects
– Mail and telephone contact with new and existing customers and
handling administrative questions
What you need:
– An MBO education (or similar) in the administrative field
– Strong administrative skills and work experience
– Experience with the Office package
– Command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
(German is an advantage).
– Ability to work in a small team, with a high degree of independence
– Strong communication skills
