Your work consists of 3D designing (we work with Inventor), converting designs into production drawings, preparing orders and supervising the projects in our workshop. We are a flat organization (the lines are short) so we appreciate your input and initiatives, but if you are unable to find a solution, you can always fall back on experienced colleagues who are happy to help you further. During the term of the orders you monitor costs, planning and quality and you maintain contacts with suppliers and customers.

Other working days you are active in the field service for maintenance, repair and commissioning of machines on location.
Elke vrijdag weet jij de planning van de volgende week. Zo weet jij, als er geen bijzonderheden zijn, welke klanten je bezoekt. Wel zo lekker. Bij de klant heb je verschillende taken. Van het installeren van een machine of een nieuwe lijn tot het onderhouden van bestaande lijnen. Jij weet wat je doet. Is er iets wat je moet maken? Ook dat kan en rijd je terug naar de fabriek om dit te doen.
Soms heb je één klant en de andere keer stap je in je bus naar de volgende klus. Kortom, jij zet je in voor:
het onderhoud van de machines en installaties van onze klanten.

storingen.
verschillende projecten.
het onderhouden van contact met de operators bij de klant.
In de 8 weken loop je 1 keer storingsdienst. Dit is van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 16 tot 22 uur en op zondag van 7 tot 22 uur. Je staat stand-by en kan gebeld worden.
En niet onbelangrijk: het kan voorkomen zo’n één à twee keer per jaar dat je naar het buitenland moet of verder bij Katwijk vandaan.
Binnen deze functie gaat het enerzijds om het vervaardigen/monteren/aansluiten/testen van machines met bijbehorende onderdelen. Anderzijds het installeren en in bedrijf stellen van de machines op locatie met instructie aan klanten. Het verlenen van service en onderhoud bij onze klanten in binnen en buitenland.
