About us

We have been producing, supplying and servicing weighing equipment to companies at home and abroad, mainly in the chemical and food industry, for more than 80 years. Our product portfolio consists of filling installations, bulk weighing solutions (flow and belt weighers) and industrial scales. We distinguish ourselves in the market with tailor-made weighing solutions: from standalone weighing machines to custom-made processing machines with built-in weighing equipment.

Our design and production process always starts with an inventory of your question and the development of the most suitable solution. The Duplexweigher has been developed for the weighing of solid and liquid products. Starting from a standard model any custom-made solution can be engineered with weighing capacities from 5 to 3000 ton/hour

Some main features are: • Duplexweighers with tanks and butterfly valves to weigh liquid products like sugar juice, molasses, chemicals, oils etc. • Duplexweighers with segment valves or even special valves to weigh solids like e.g. livestock feed, grains, granulate, raw sugar, refined sugar, starch, flour, fish, potatoes, salt, soda, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, fertilizers etc. • Weighers with a fully electronic weighing system with 3 (three) loadcells in which the weigh hopper/tank is placed or with the unique Servo Balans Hybrid Weighing System consisting of levers and sheet steel bands and with only 1 (one) highly accurate stainless steel loadcell. This unique Servo Balans Hybrid Weighing System is already applied for over 70 years, offers unsurpassed accuracy and has proven to be the most insensitive system against any surrounding disturbances (e.g. vibrations and the like). • Equipped with single or dual supply- and discharge valves in supply- and weigh hoppers. • The weighers are completely wired and include valves, solenoids, cylinders and air service unit. • The accuracy of our Duplexweighers is 2 pro mille (‰) or better on the average of 10 consecutive weighings. • System can be delivered in lacquer coated mild steel or stainless steel (class 304 or 316) • ATEX certified systems for hazardous areas • Our weighing installations are W&M approvable • Our Duplexweighers have internal control and calibration weights. Optionally a test weighing device is available to automatically control and calibrate the installation.

A worldwide known product of Servo Balans is the Duplex scale which is produced in factories used for weighing solids as well as for weighing liquids. Any system adapted to the type of product to be weighed, the bulk density and the running properties of the product product. Systems are available in capacities from 5 to 3000 tons/hour ! Our Duplex scales are developed and manufactured according to the applicable Œ and GMP standards and are verifiable according to European standards ! Custom-made Duplex scales are not "specials" for us Some performance specifications are; • For weighing liquids such as sugar juice, molasses, chemicals, cocoa butter, oils. Duplex scale equipped with tanks and butterfly valves • For weighing solids, such as sugar, granules, grains, potato flour (greasy), floury products, fish, potatoes, salt, soda, fertilizer, cocoa beans, etc. Duplex scale equipped with segment valves • Equipped with the unique Servo Balance hybrid weighing system with 1 (one) load cell. The hybrid weighing system guarantees high weighing accuracy and insensitivity to external influences (vibrations, etc.) • Equipped with single or double supply and discharge valves in the supply and weighing bin • Equipped with a test device for weighing and calibrating the installation (automatically) • ATEX approved version is also possible • Versions available in painted steel, stainless steel class 304 or 316 (L) • Accuracy 2 pro mille (‰) or better and based on an average of 10 successive weighings • Versions are equipped with a control box with weighing indicator for recording of the weighed weights in an alibi memory, transmission to a PLC or PC (serial, Ethernet or Profibus /net) Alpha-numeric texts (customer/product data), date/time, road sequential number, subtotals, grand totals, etc.
