After a thorough training period, you will be on the road throughout the Netherlands to help our customers and ensure that their machines keep running smoothly.
Customer Care Representative
You are the first point of contact for customers and account managers and are responsible for the entire process of quotations and orders. - Preparing quotations and processing orders in SAP. - Proactively monitoring orders, deliveries, and framework agreements. - Informing and supporting customers with questions regarding their orders. - Close collaboration with colleagues in Belgium and the Netherlands. - Coordinating multiple orders with a strong sense of prioritization. - Supporting account managers and involving product specialists when necessary.
