Sustainable innovation in packaging
As of January 2024, Schutte Bagclosures, SFA Packaging and Doosopmaat.nl have joined forces to form the TailorPack Group. It is an intensification of the long-standing partnership between the three packaging companies, as part of major shareholder Écart Invest. The emphasis is on continuously optimizing innovation in sustainable packaging. The central goal here is to prevent waste through the use of optimal packaging solutions, so that the contents always reach the end user safely and completely intact. By joining forces and based on our motto “sharing is caring”, the three separately operating parties are even better able to meet the wishes and requirements of the market in the best possible way.
The three packaging companies are active in their own market segment, but share one common denominator: the production of sustainable mono-material packaging solutions.
Schutte Bagclosures is the European market leader in bag closures for bakeries and industry and exports its products to over 65 countries.
SFA Packaging supplies a wide range of standard and custom-made injection moulded packaging solutions for food producers in Europe.
Doosopmaat.nl, produces custom-made (printed) cardboard packaging solutions.
Operationally, the three companies will continue to operate independently. Where possible and expedient, cooperation will be sought in order to further strengthen each other.
Sustainability is of great importance for the three companies that make up the TailorPack Group. By further intensifying the collaboration, we can work on a continuous basis and at a high level to further improve the packaging supplied and increase the level of sustainability. This cross-pollination also applies to other processes such as logistics and production.
