Cantilever vertical cartoner.
The vertical, intermittent motion, cartoning machine Vertipack has been particularly designed for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical field. It certainly represents an innovation in its conception thanks to the following main characteristics:
- Construction arranged In-line: hence easy acces to all working stations for operators
- Carton advancement by means of 4 toothed belts
- Cantilever construction
- Carton erection: carried out with the use of a special double suction cups arm that ensures the erection of square section or low grammage boads
- Size changeover: has been designed to be achieved in max. 10 min. in a very easy and functional manner with the use of digital indicators and replacement of parts in fixed position (sizeparts).
