As a team leader within Bramidan Netherlands, you manage five experienced service technicians who provide service to the balers and containers at customers in the Netherlands. As a team leader you are also an important part of the daily operation and you go out to customers (about 50% of your time).

What are you going to do:
• You are involved in corrective and preventive maintenance and installation work at customers on location;
• You support the Sales department with projects and quotation calculations and you participate in the weekly sales meetings;
• In collaboration with the Service Coordinator, you ensure an efficient arrangement and distribution of tasks;
• You coordinate and take care of the follow-up of tasks towards employees and support them in this;
• You manage the team, take care of the holiday planning, you are a coach and you conduct development and performance interviews;
• You are the point of contact for customers and you take responsibility for the entire customer process from order to invoicing;
• You get energy from contact with customers in which you provide an excellent customer experience with efficient and solution-oriented advice;
• You develop the team and employees through a structured and learning-oriented approach and you are a sparring partner for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• In this role you report to the Managing Director.
